Cheese Making Class

If you’ve ever wanted to try your hand at making cheese, this is your chance to make your own mozzarella. We’ll provide the special ingredients. You just bring a large pot and gallon of milk (preferably not ultrapasturized as this causes issues in forming the curd). Registration is required as space is extremely limited.
