About the Event
Like we have been doing, every month we will provide a spice/seasoning and recipe (or two). Kits are available up at the circulation desk. Everything inside is yours to keep. Just return the container within 7 days. But we are shaking things up. Every season or two will focus on a continent or region and the foods that are native to them. Join us as we explore the world through food. This season we head to South America.
February – Red pepper flakes - Chimichurri pasta. Pasta and spicy sauces… a very Argentinian food. Only thing that would make it more so is a thick, quality slice of beef.
