Every month join us as we explore a different country from around the globe. We are currently making the rounds in Asia but will spend the November/December holidays looking back on where we’ve been. Learn a little about the culture and cuisine and try out a recipe or two… some months there might even be a surprise. Kits are available up at the circulation desk. Everything inside is yours to keep. Just return the container within 7 days.

Syria – Mutabal – Parsley – Similar to baba ganoush but with a slightly richer, creamier flavor profile, this dip is an ancient dish with roots so far back it has become part of the cultural tapestry of the region.

Cambodia – Coconut Sauce – Cornstarch – Coconut is everywhere in Cambodia and this sauce is everywhere, used on everything from desert to grilled meats or veggies.

Throwback – Pumpkin Pie Spiced Pumpkin Seeds – Pumpkin Pie Spice – It’s time to grab the seeds from the pumpkins you carved and get roasting!

Throwback – Amazingly Delicious Pretzel-Shaped Pretzels – Pretzel Salt – We haven’t done this one in a while.
