Cooking Class

We’ll actually be using rennet and citric acid to make our own mozzarella cheese. We’ll send you home with the rennet, citric acid and recipe to try on your own, then come to the pot luck where we’ll do a cheese class instead of a traditional meal and share some of our successes and failures. BYO milk (whole works best, but as long as there is some fat content it should work)!
