Subscription Box

Every month we will be putting together a box of similar themed books as well as a few goodies. You can then come and check the boxes out. The books will need to be returned, but the goodies are yours to keep!  Box pickups will be June 2nd, July 7th and August 4th. This form will need to be filled out each month if you are interested in multiple months.

Subscription boxes are for anyone age 13-18.
